Montague-Ridall & Associates is a student run, professional organization. The organization has developed future tourism, hospitality, sport, and recreation industry leaders and Temple University Alumni for nearly 20 years. The company is managed by CEO Assistant Dean Jeffrey Montague and new CEO Assistant Professor & Director School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Richard Ridall. Daily business operation is completed by the organization’s three Senior Professional Development Seminar branches in the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management. Seniors with interests in Tourism, Hospitality, Sports, and Recreation Management make up the uniquely diverse population of employees at Montague-Ridall and Associates. Our shared passion for global integration, community support, and developing interpersonal social intelligence is fostered inside and out of classroom. There are no ceilings or barriers restraining our abilities to grow as students, as professionals, and as equals. Temple University’s School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Senior Professional Development Seminar gives each student valuable insight into the workings of a professional organization so that they may begin using their learned and natural abilities prior to graduation. The organization is designed to challenge students and to strengthen the student’s current weaknesses in hopes that upon graduation from the program students will be able to become leading industry professionals in his or her respective field(s) of study.
